Before Columbine and Sandy Hook, there was Kip Kinkel--the moody, dark, gun-obsessed, trench-coat-wearing poster child for school shootings. That image of Kip has remained frozen in time: the dangerous child people point to as the reason some kids need to be locked up for life. Join us this week as we discuss Kip’s childhood, his family, and the first part of his killing spree.

In Part 2, we will discuss the rest of his spree and the aftermath of those few murderous days.
